2. Data & Integration Inventory

3. New Season Reset (5 Steps)
STEP 1: Archive Previous Season
- → Manage Winners: Toggle OFF old winners, update year to next tournament year
- → Manage Tournament Video: Toggle OFF previous highlight
STEP 2: Update Tournament Settings
- → Manage Settings: Update dates, hours, tie-breaker rules
- → Upload new hero image, update banners
- → Reset StreamSettings (is_live = false)
STEP 3: Reset Team Data
- → Manage Teams: Delete all OR update rosters/coaches
- → Verify uniform colors, team photos, logos
STEP 4: Clear Match Data
- ⚠️ Base44 Dashboard → Match entity → Bulk delete all
- → Manage Matches → Schedule Generator: Create new schedule
STEP 5: Reset Playoff Seeds
- → Manage Playoff Seeds: Clear old seeds
- → After pool play: Calculate standings → Assign seeds → Generate bracket
4. Critical Logic Notes
🚨 Winner Calculation: Standings page calculates match winners from set results (set1_winner, set2_winner, set3_winner), NOT from Match.winner_id field.
⚡ Playoff Seeding: Pool play completes → Admin calculates standings → Manually assign seeds 1-6 → Click "Update Playoff Bracket" to auto-create QF/SF/placement matches.
📱 PWA Shortcuts: Home page checks for ?page= URL param. Standalone mode persists last page in localStorage for web app shortcuts.
🖥️ Signage Displays: Use /SignageMenu to get iframe embed codes. Displays auto-refresh data every 30s (React Query polling).
5. Quick Maintenance Tasks
Update Live Streams
Manage Settings → Stream Settings → Update Vimeo URLs → Toggle is_live ON
Add Match Replays
Manage Game Videos → Select match → Paste Vimeo embed URL
Change Winners Display
Manage Winners → Division + Team + Placement → Toggle "Display on Home"
Fix Broken Scores
Update Scores → Find match → Re-enter set scores → Auto-recalculates
